Purchase: I purchased this club from TGW over the internet. Paid $134.95 with a steel shaft. First thing I did was put an iRod utility shaft on the thing. I purchased it simply because I have lost my abilty to hit the 2 and 3 iron like I did in the days of my youth.
Pros: This is a real fine product. It solid and rather forgiving. When I take a smooth, controled swing, and don't try to kill the ball, wow, what a response. It flys straight and high. When landing it on the green it takes one hop and stops. Believe me it is easier to stop on the green than a long iron.
Cons: Well, I hate to say it but there are two things that I don't particularly care for. First of all the ball tends to ballon a bit. As a result my second complaint comes into play. It plays about one club shorted than I thought it would. I don't know if it is me or just the nature of a hybrid. I would love to see a little lower ball flight, but again it might be the nature of that style of club.
Quality: This is one very well built product. I have got to hand it to Taylor Made. They did a real good job. It looks good, feels good, and is very solid.

Review Summary: If you are for an easier and more accurate club to hit instead of your long irons give this a try. Just remember! You still have to make solid contract to hit a good shot. As fine of a product as this is, nothing replaces a good swing.
